Sydney Spine & Sports Centre (S3C) Rebrands as Elemental Chiropractic
Sydney, NSW, Australia – Sydney Spine & Sports Centre (S3C), a leading chiropractic clinic in Sydney, has announced its rebranding as Elemental Chiropractic. The rebranding reflects the clinic’s new vision and mission to provide holistic chiropractic care that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction, rather than just the symptoms.
Elemental Chiropractic is led by Dr. Meredith Ruby, a qualified chiropractor with over 10 years of experience in treating spine, sport, muscle and joint injuries. Dr. Ruby acquired her doctor of chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where she learned the art, science and philosophy of chiropractic as well as the Palmer package techniques. She moved to Australia in 2009 and has been practicing in Sydney ever since.
Dr. Ruby is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health and wellness through natural and effective methods. She is also committed to continuing education and professional development, and has completed postgraduate courses in various chiropractic techniques, such as:

Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT): A gentle and comprehensive technique that uses indicators, blocks, and cranial adjustments to balance the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull).

Cranial Manipulative Reflex Technique (CMRT): A technique that uses reflex points on the body to diagnose and treat visceral (organ) dysfunctions that may affect the spine and nervous system.

Elemental Chiropractic is located at Shop 86, 24 Buchanan Street, Balmain NSW 2041. The clinic is open from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesdays from 7.00am – 5.00pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
