Our goal at Elemental is to help people recover from pain and injury. We do this by providing high-quality chiropractic treatments to all our patients in a timely manner.
We are a small clinic that delivers one-on-one consultations for on average 30 minutes per appointment. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments.
When you book an appointment our clinic has reserved a space in our appointment calendar for you. This means it is not available to other patients. To be respectful to both your practitioner and other patients please let us know as soon as you are aware you will not be able to make your appointment.
If you do need to cancel your appointment for any reason that is OK. However, we ask that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. This gives other patients the ability to access that particular time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
Cancelling your appointment is easy. Please give our receptionists a call on 0280655896 and they will cancel your appointment immediately. If you have booked online and received an appointment confirmation, there is also a link to cancel your appointment online.
Late Cancellations and no-shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling or cancelling after the appointment start time. In either case, we will charge the patient the missed appointment fee at the next appointment. In the event of multiple no-shows, appointment fees will need to be settled prior to an appointment being scheduled.
In order to be fair to all our patients, this policy is universal. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances happen outside of our control. In these cases, a cancellation fee may not be applied. This is considered on a case by case basis.
